In preparation for the fast and demanding Spring 7’s Season, Coach Pell returned to St. Thomas with 16 players for a week of training, competition, volunteerism and cultural exchange. Since recovering from significant hurricane damage, St. Thomas wasn’t hosting a tournament this trip, but it was a great opportunity to shake off the winter cold and train in warmer temperatures. Team travel is also great to build team unity and develop strategy for the season which starts immediately upon return.

This is the second trip Coach Pell was able to orchestrate with the Spring team. In 2017 the team participated in fierce competition and came in second only to the USA Stars which is the development squad for the USA National Team.
