To commemorate the success of Babson Rugby and the individuals who were impactful to the program, RAAC initiated a Hall of Fame nomination and selection process to produce it’s first class of Inductees in 2004. The Dinner Banquet and Induction Ceremonies were part of the 25th Anniversary weekend celebration. The same process has been repeated every 5 years, and since 2009 it has included Inductees from Babson Women’s Rugby as well.

Induction ceremonies recognize individuals for their dedication to the club(s) and to advancing the program during their tenure. Each induction ceremony may also recognize one team for each club which has achieved prominent success during their year.
